What is the Four Seasons Preferred Partner program?
The Four Seasons Preferred Partner program is an invitation-only designation granted to select travel agencies that meet Four Seasons' own standards of service, expertise, and client care. Sirena Collective holds this status — meaning clients who book through us receive exclusive benefits and recognition at Four Seasons properties worldwide that cannot be obtained by booking directly.
What benefits do I get booking Four Seasons through Sirena Collective?
Preferred Partner benefits typically include a complimentary room upgrade when available, daily breakfast for two, a hotel credit (typically $100), and early check-in and late check-out when available. These are confirmed at the property level before you arrive and cannot be obtained by booking directly with the hotel.
Does booking Four Seasons through a travel advisor cost more?
No. Working with Sirena Collective costs you nothing extra. Our fees are paid by our travel partners. You pay the same rate as booking directly — and receive significantly more, including Preferred Partner recognition, expert guidance, and our personal advocacy throughout your stay.
