The point of good planning

A retreat should feel like a retreat.

Behind every successful executive trip is someone coordinating rooms, schedules, preferences, transfers, meetings, dining and the inevitable last-minute change.

We take that work off the desk of the person who already has enough to manage.

The best corporate travel plans are the ones nobody notices because everything simply works.

Who We Work With

Built for the people responsible for making the trip work.

Travel becomes complicated quickly when you're responsible for someone else's schedule, preferences, expectations and time. Our role is to make the travel component feel remarkably simple.

Executive Assistants

Hotels, transfers, dining, meeting space, traveler preferences and contingency planning without becoming the travel help desk.

C-Suite Leaders

International itineraries, executive retreats, bleisure extensions and private yacht travel handled end to end.

Meeting & Retreat Planners

Accommodations, meeting environments, transportation, dining, activities and group logistics planned as one itinerary.

Group & Charter Travel

Did you know luxury yachts can work for corporate groups?

Depending on the vessel, a corporate yacht program can range from a small block of suites to a contracted group or full-yacht charter. For leadership retreats and incentive travel, accommodations, dining, meeting time and destination experiences can all move together.

Private Yacht Charters

See what a private yacht retreat can look like.

For smaller groups, a fully crewed yacht creates an intimate setting for leadership retreats, milestone celebrations and incentive travel without sacrificing privacy or flexibility.

Smaller Groups · Croatia

Private doesn't have to mean oversized.

For smaller executive groups, a fully crewed Adriatic yacht can offer an intimate way to explore Croatia while keeping the team together in one private environment.

The right vessel depends on the size of the group, preferred level of privacy, itinerary and how much structured meeting time you want to include.

The room matters.

So does everything around it: guest rooms, arrivals, airport transfers, meals, executive preferences, accessibility and what happens after the agenda ends.

Executive Retreats

Sometimes distance is exactly the point.

A successful executive retreat creates enough separation from the everyday to allow a team to think differently without creating more operational work for the people planning it.

We coordinate accommodations, transfers, private experiences, dining and individual traveler needs around the purpose of the retreat.

For the team that would rather be outside. Golf, island experiences and incentive programs designed around how your group actually spends its time.
International Executive Travel

Not every business trip is a retreat.

Sometimes the brief is simpler: the right hotel, a quiet place to work, reliable transfers, executive-level service and someone who can step in quickly when plans change.

Adventure Retreats

Not every retreat needs a conference room.

For the right team, an unforgettable experience can create more connection than another afternoon around a boardroom table.

Incentive Travel · French Alps

Give the team something worth talking about.

Incentive travel works best when the experience feels difficult to replicate independently. Private access, unusual settings and careful logistics are where thoughtful planning earns its keep.

Why Sirena

We understand what happens behind the itinerary.

Before becoming a luxury travel advisor, I spent years managing digital operations, conferences, continuing education programs and complex event logistics for nonprofits and organizations.

That experience taught me that travel isn't just transportation. It's one piece of a much larger operation involving stakeholders, deadlines, preferences, accessibility, changing priorities and contingency plans.

That perspective shapes how I approach corporate and executive travel today.

Accessible Corporate Travel

Accessibility is part of good planning.

Whether an executive, speaker or attendee has mobility considerations, hearing loss, sensory sensitivities, dietary requirements or another accessibility need, it should shape the itinerary from the beginning.

Accessibility should not be added after the hotel, transportation, dining and activities have already been chosen. We incorporate those needs into sourcing and planning from the start.

Frequently Asked Questions

Corporate travel planning, answered.

What is a corporate travel advisor and how is it different from a travel platform?
A booking platform handles transactions. A dedicated travel advisor adds planning, supplier relationships, preferred benefits where available and a human point of contact when plans change.
Do you plan private yacht charters for corporate groups or executive retreats?
Yes. Depending on the vessel, corporate yacht travel can range from a small group booking to a contracted group or full-yacht charter.
Can you plan incentive travel for a team?
Yes. Incentive programs can include accommodations, transportation, dining, experiences, meeting space and group logistics alongside individual traveler preferences.
How far in advance should we start planning an executive retreat?
Three to six months generally provides greater flexibility for accommodations, meeting spaces and experiences. Larger groups, yacht charters and highly seasonal destinations may benefit from planning even earlier.
Can you plan smaller private yacht charters in Croatia?
Yes. Smaller crewed vessels in the Adriatic can be a strong option for leadership teams looking for privacy, flexibility and an itinerary through Croatia's coast and islands.
Do you accommodate accessibility needs for travelers and attendees?
Yes. Mobility, hearing, sensory, dietary and other accessibility considerations can be incorporated into sourcing and planning from the beginning.
