Inside the World's Largest Sailing Yacht: Corinthian's Suites
Fifty-four suites. Fifteen distinct layouts. Here's the full breakdown, tier by tier — and which one actually fits your trip.
Choosing which suite to book is a genuinely complex decision aboard Orient Express Corinthian. In fact, no two categories feel quite the same. With only 54 suites split across 15 layouts, selecting the right option for your trip is critical.
However, if you are still deciding whether Corinthian fits your overall travel style, start with what you need to know before you book. Consequently, this guide picks up from there — suite by suite.
In addition, every suite includes standing butler service and all-inclusive dining. Interiors feature a signature design language by Maxime d'Angeac, the yacht's Architect and Creative Director. Therefore, size, layout, and outdoor access are what truly shift as you move up the categories.

The Two Suite Tiers
Corinthian's suites fall cleanly into two primary groups. First are Signature Suites, covering the entry through mid-tier categories. Second are Penthouse Suites, which offer the largest and most private accommodations on the ship. Within each tier, options vary by size, capacity, and terrace access.

Signature Suites Breakdown
The Signature tier covers everything from entry-level accommodations to two-level duplex suites. As a result, guests can choose across nine distinct options.
Entry & Terrace Categories
Suite Panoramique — 506 ft², 2 guests. This entry point is genuinely luxurious. It features soaring ceilings, panoramic views, and refined finishes in marble, wood, glass, and velvet.
Suite Panoramique Supérieure — 506 ft², 2 guests. Shares the same footprint as the standard Panoramique, but centers around a sumptuous daybed.
Suite Panoramique Prestige — 764 ft², 2 guests. Offers a meaningful step up in space. Includes velvet armchairs and a marble bath inspired by Villa Kérylos.
Suite Terrasse — 463 ft² + 161 ft² terrace, 2 guests. Located at the bow on Deck 6, these Art Deco-inspired suites represent the only entry-tier category with private outdoor space.
Suite Terrasse Prestige — 752 ft² + 269 ft² terrace, 2 guests. Furthermore, this option adds a separate bedroom, hidden TV, and walk-in closet.
Apartments & Duplex Layouts
Appartement — 678–797 ft² + 161 ft² terrace, 2 guests. Features a separate bedroom and living room opening onto a generous terrace.
Appartement Supérieur — 840 ft² + 269 ft² terrace, 2 guests. Adds a deep soaking tub and distinct living/dining separation.
Appartement Prestige — 1,119 ft² + 269 ft² terrace, 2 guests. A private dining area joins the bedroom and living room. Thus, in-suite entertaining feels genuinely built in.
Suite Duplex — 1,324 ft² + 205 ft² terrace, 3 guests. The only two-level layout in the Signature tier, connected by a sweeping interior staircase.
"The jump from Suite Panoramique to Panoramique Prestige adds meaningful square footage without moving into a higher suite tier. In short, it is often the best value step up if your priority is space over a terrace."
Penthouse Suites Breakdown
The Penthouse tier is where Corinthian shifts from a luxury suite to a private apartment feel. Additionally, all six categories here sleep at least 2 guests, with most accommodating up to 4. Every layout includes a private terrace, and several feature a private jacuzzi.

Standard & Two-Bedroom Penthouses
Mistral — 786 ft² + 312 ft² terrace, 2 guests. The smallest Penthouse category and the only one built around a single bedroom. Consequently, intimate dining and ocean views define this layout.
Sirocco — 990 ft² + 506 ft² terrace, 4 guests. A two-bedroom layout featuring a spacious lounge and marble bathroom.
Libeccio — 1,389 ft² + 506 ft² terrace, 4 guests. A vibrant, modern two-bedroom suite offering uninterrupted terrace views.
Statement & Heritage Penthouses
Meltem — 1,916 ft² + 1,206 ft² terrace, 4 guests. Features two bedrooms, a living room, private dining, and an Orient Express Heritage cabin referencing the brand's train legacy.
Agatha Christie — 2,422 ft² + 1,938 ft² terrace, 4 guests. Named for the iconic author, this suite offers literary artwork, a private fitness room, and the largest terrace on the ship.
Zephyr — 2,486 ft² + 1,206 ft² terrace, 4 guests. Represents the largest suite footprint on Corinthian. It includes coastal-hued interiors and a private terrace jacuzzi.
Which Suite Fits Your Trip
Traveling as a couple and seeking value: Suite Panoramique or Panoramique Supérieure. You receive full butler service and dining privileges without paying for extra square footage.
Desiring outdoor space on a lower budget: Suite Terrasse. For example, it is the smallest category with a private terrace, and the Deck 6 bow location is exceptional.
Traveling with 3–4 guests or family: Sirocco or Libeccio. These suites provide two full bedrooms without stepping into the top-tier price brackets.
Planning a major milestone: Agatha Christie or Zephyr. For instance, both offer expansive terraces, jacuzzis, and world-class residential proportions.
A Note on Booking
With only 54 total suites, certain layouts exist in very small quantities. In fact, specific Penthouse categories are limited to just one or two suites per sailing. Therefore, if a specific layout is essential to your plans, confirm availability with an advisor early. For additional insights before booking Corinthian, read our comprehensive ship guide.
